Cancel Subscription

To cancel your subscription, please initiate the process by calling our team at the following phone number:

Finale Inventory Customer Service: 1-888-792-8891 (Press "3" for Billing Inquiries)

When you call, please make sure to provide your Finale account name to our team. The account name can be found by looking at the URL used to access Finale. For example, if your URL is

https://app.finaleinventory.com/companyA/sc2/, then your company name is 'CompanyA.'

Once you reach our team, please inform them that you'd like to cancel your account.

Please note that account cancellations can only be requested by the account owner.
