To reset your password, you need to contact a user with "Admin" access and ask the Admin user to login and have them reset your password by going to 'Applications Settings >> Users" and clicking on the 'Recover Password'.
An automated email will then be sent to allow them to change their password.
If the email has not been verified, then a two-step process is involved.
1) The admin user first clicks on the 'Change Email' operation. An automated confirmation email will be sent out.
2) Once the email address is verified, the admin user can click on the 'Recover Password' operation.
If the "Admin" user(s) forgot his /her password, please send an email request to 'service@finaleinventory.com' to get assistance resetting the password.
