Network Connectivity for Integrations
Finale makes outbound network connections from our servers for several of our shopping cart integrations and when sending reports to other computers.
Some hosting providers operate a firewall that block these network connections from our servers. To enable these integrations to work the hosting provider must allow access from (aka whitelist) the following IP addresses:
If authorization errors or connection issues still occur after whitelisting the above IP addresses, please make sure that your DNS provider is also configured to allow Finale to create the necessary connections.
