Credit card payment or ACH billing information can be updated from Applications Settings >> Billing.
*Please note that only users with "owner" status can update the payment information.
1) Navigate to your Application Settings by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the menu bar and selecting "Application settings".
2) Once in Application Settings, choose the tab for Billing and then click the button for "Enter payment method (credit or ACH)"
3) Follow the on-screen prompts to enter the relevant details for your payment method.
Returned ACH Transaction Fee
Any ACH payment that is returned for any reason (including insufficient funds, incorrect account information, or any other cause) may be subject to a $50 Returned ACH Transaction Fee. This fee covers administrative costs, bank charges, and other expenses incurred from processing the return.
