Issue:
Orders imported into Finale from my Etsy integration that get canceled in Etsy are not getting canceled in Finale
Solution:
Enable the ability to import canceled order statuses for the Etsy "pull sales to Finale" integration task. Step by step instructions below:
Step 1: Go to "Edit task configuration"
Step 2: Edit setting and save changes
The integration is now configured to update orders in Finale as canceled when they are canceled in Etsy. If there are any current committed orders in Finale that should be marked as canceled, using the "Reprocess orders last 7 days" action in the integration task would allow those orders to update as canceled as well:
