With Amazon Local Selling, you can expand your product offerings which could be a significant revenue driver. You can increase your product offering and offer a quicker convenience option for your customers.

Import BOPIS orders from Amazon
Like all other sales imported into Finale, new BOPIS sales will import every 5 minutes when the corresponding integration task is set to "Automatic". Once orders are imported, they will reserve inventory at the mapped location like any other committed sale.
BOPIS orders leverage the existing Amazon "Pull sales to Finale" integration task, using special mapping between the "Alias" store name (see configuration article linked here) and the Location name for the corresponding store in Finale. For proper mapping configuration, the "Alias" name for the configured store must match the "Location" name in Finale exactly:
TIP: In order to allow BOPIS orders to import as quickly as possible, it is recommended to enable the "Import pending orders" setting in the Amazon "Pull sales to Finale" integration task.
Fulfilling BOPIS orders in Finale
Prior to pickup:
After BOPIS orders are imported from Amazon, the next step to fulfillment is packing the shipment for the order in Finale. This can be done directly from the Sales order detail screen, as shown below.
After BOPIS orders have been packed, Finale will push an order update back to Amazon to indicate that the order is "Ready for pickup", which will notify the customer that they can proceed to the store to pick up the order.
After pickup:
After the customer picks up their order, the next step is to mark the previously packed shipment as "shipped" by clicking the "Ship sales order" action. Doing so will push the final order status update of "Picked up" to Amazon, indicating that the order has been picked up by the customer and the transaction is now complete.
If invoices are leveraged in Finale, the final steps would be to "invoice sales order" and then mark the order as "completed". Otherwise, the order can simply be marked as "completed" to finish the workflow.
