How do I get notified when a sales order comes in?

Finale can be configured to send automatic email notifications whenever an order is received, based on the source of the order. This feature can be particularly useful if you need immediate alerts for high-priority or high-value orders.

Below are the steps to configure the notification.

In your Application Settings >> Users, choose the left column option for “Notifications” to enable sales notifications.

1. Sales order alert: When this notification is selected, Finale will send you an email when a sales order comes in from the selected source/sources.
2. Sales source filter: Each user can specify a sales source.  Choose "All sources” to be notified when an order comes in form any source. You can also select multiple specific sources.
