What are Finale's Default Views

In addition to the Main View for each screen, Finale offers a number of additional default views for more task specific functions.

Stock Views

Location stock: This view shows Quantity on hand, Remaining, and Available units for each location in your Finale account
Sales View: This view combines your stock data with Sales Velocity, and Total Sales over 7, 30, 60 and 90 Day periods.
Kits & bundles: This view shows stock data for all products that contain a Bill of Materials, and includes work in progress and potential build quantities.

Eligible to ship: This view shows all sales orders in a committed or draft status, which have not been fully shipped, but in which all items are in stock.
Unmapped products: This view contains all committed sales orders that contain products which do not exist or have not been mapped to existing products in Finale. This is very helpful for investigating orders that are not showing as eligible or that are not being marked as shipped through software integrations.

Fully Received: This view shows all purchase orders in a committed or draft status, which have been fully received but not marked as complete within Finale.
Not Received:This view shows all purchase orders in a committed or draft status, which have not been fully received.
