Finale Inventory has two different QuickBooks Online integrations:

1. Legacy QuickBooks Online - No longer available for any new accounts.
2. New QuickBooks Online - Available for Silver level subscription plans and above

NEW QuickBooks Online Integration

Finale Inventory has a brand new, cutting-edge integration with QuickBooks Online.  This new integration requires a Silver-level Subscription plan or higher in order to add/install it to your account.  Please contact service@finaleinventory.com if you wish to add it to your account.

Onboarding support for implementing a connection to your QuickBooks Online account with your Finale Inventory account is not included on Silver or Gold level subscription plans.  In order to receive onboarding and implementation support from Finale Inventory you must already be a Platinum level subscription or upgrade to a Platinum level subscription or above for a minimum  6-month commitment.  

If you are on a Silver or Gold level subscription plan and do not wish to upgrade your plan to receive QuickBooks Online implementation support, we will be happy to refer you to several accounting companies who can help you with this process.  These accounting partners have an excellent working knowledge of both QuickBooks Online and Finale Inventory.  For a fee, these accounting companies will be able to provide your business with customized QuickBooks Online onboarding support.

We will provide self-help onboarding documentation and videos in the near future for those Silver and Gold level subscription accounts wishing to proceed on their own at no charge.
