If you'd like to push your available supplier quantity along with your current local quantity, Finale can be configured to combine the two.
First, you will need to tell Finale what you have available from your supplier. This can be done in the products detail page for any item. For this example, we will use Supplier 1. If you would like to push quantities for multiple suppliers, just follow these steps for suppliers 2 & 3 (How to add more suppliers).
This information can also be uploaded in bulk for multiple products by using the column headers "Supplier 1 qty avail" and "Product ID". This file would be imported in the product import page.
Next you will need to configure the integration to include the supplier quantities with your local stock. In your integrations screen, navigate to the edit configuration screen for the "Push stock levels to" function.
Here, scroll down until you reach the drop down field named "Include supplier quantity". You can select to include one supplier, all suppliers, or no suppliers. After you've made the selection, save now in the upper right corner and Finale will now include the supplier quantities.
If you're including supplier quantity, Finale also has the ability to push your lead times. This is particularly helpful if you want Finale to update your lead time if you run out of stock locally and the listing is only showing what you can order. For example, if you normally ship within 2 days, but Supplier 1 takes 4 days to deliver the product to you, you would want to change the Supplier 1 Lead Days to 6 so that it gives you the extra 4 days to get the inventory, and then your normal 2 days to ship it once you receive it.
