Finale recently added a feature allowing you to import your products directly from an integration such as WooCommerce, Amazon, Shopify, etc.
Before you import any products, it is required that you first have all of your products set up with a unique SKU. This is used to create new products in Finale. Any products without a SKU will create a warning to notify you the product needs to be updated in your eCommerce site.
*NOTE: If you have different SKUs across your marketplaces for the same product, do not use the import products feature. Finale will create a new product for every unique SKU.
To import products, you'll first need to add your integration.
Once your integration is set up, you can turn on the import products and make the task manual (triggered to run that night when you initiate run task now), or automatically (it will run nightly).
Currently, the following product attributes are created when products are imported.
- Product ID
- Product Description
- Item Price
- UPC & EAN
- ASIN (Amazon)
Finale will also automatically create a product lookup and add the store, so you'll immediately be able to push stock levels to your integration once you have stock imported.
The current supported integrations for import products are:
- Magento 1 & 2
If you should encounter any issues with the import products function, please email Finale staff at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can address and fix them.
