So you have added a QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks desktop integration and you are trying to sync transactions to your QuickBooks company file and you receive an error like below:
This means you have not configured all the appropriate accounting settings in your Finale Inventory account to talk to your QuickBooks file correctly.
Watch this video that is advanced to the correct time point that discusses these settings with regards to QuickBooks Desktop, but the settings in Finale Inventory, Application settings, Accounting tab are the same for ALL versions of QuickBooks.
