If all of your tasks for an integration are logging an error message saying "Authentication failed" that means that the credentials used to authorize the integration are invalid, expired, or have been revoked. To get this error to go away, you will need to re-authenticate your connection. To do that, follow the instructions below.
1. Navigate to the edit integration screen by opening the action menu on the integration and clicking "Edit integration".
2. The edit integration screen may look different depending on the integration. If the page shows the instructions for connecting finale to the integration along with text fields for the credentials, update the credentials to match the current credentials.
An "Authentication failed" error for an integration like this would indicate that one of the values are wrong or no longer valid. After you have updated the credentials, please skip to step #5.
3. If the "edit integration screen" did not have the setup instructions, it should have a button on it that says "Reset connection". When you click it, it will take you back to the integration list screen.
From that page, you would navigate back to the "Edit integration" screen similar to what you did in step #1.

4. After resetting the integration, the instructions will appear for how to authorize the connection.
For Shopify, this involves pasting your Shopify store's admin your then clicking the Authorize button. After you click authorize, it will redirect you to a login page for your Shopify account, then redirect you back to finale once you have logged in. If you were already logged in, it should just redirect you back to Finale.

5. To validate that your integration has successfully been authorized, click the button that says "Test integration". If it was successful, it will show a success message in a green text bubble.
Please make sure you select "Save Now" in the upper right to save your changes.
