How do I automatically import FBA Stock Quantities?

If you'd like to have Finale import your Amazon FBA stock quantities automatically, please follow the steps below.

Step 1

Navigate to your Integrations page and edit the configuration for your Amazon integration's Import Products function.

Step 2

Scroll to the bottom to configure the import stock capability. 

1. Choose how you want the function to run (do not import, import for new products only, import for all products)
2. Choose the sublocation for your FBA stock.

*NOTE: This feature will import the stock levels on a daily basis.  If you need the stock refreshed immediately, you can choose the option to "run task now" to initiate an import of the current stock levels.

Step 3

Scroll back to the top and configure the frequency of when the task runs, and then save now.  If you want the task to run each day, set it to automatic.  Setting it to manual will require you to run the task each time, otherwise it will not run.  

Once configured, Finale will import all stock quantities from from the "Available" quantities in Amazon FBA.
