LEGACY - Unable to open connection to QuickBooks because QuickBooks COM interface not installed or not accessible

IMPORTANT:  As of 3/1/2023, Finale Inventory's QuickBooks Desktop Integration is officially End of Life. There will be no more enhancements, fixes, releases, or support for this legacy integration.  We do have and support QuickBooks Online integrations with Finale Inventory.

When attempting to use the Finale Inventory integration to QuickBooks desktop you might see an error like:

This is likely due to you not having the QuickBooks Desktop program installed on your PC or your Firewall on your PC is blocking access from Finale Inventory.  

Install QuickBooks Desktop on your PC or check your Firewall settings.
