There are two methods to reset a password:
1. Reset link through the Finale Inventory sign in page
2. Reset link sent through application settings through an account admin or owner
1. Resent link through the Finale Inventory sign in page:
- To reset password click on the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page:
- Enter username or email of account that needs password reset, and click "Recover password:"
- You will be sent a recover password email to the email listed as long as it is listed on the account:
2. Resent link sent through application settings through an account admin or owner:
- Access users through application settings:
- Select Recover password from Actions dropdown menu:
- Select "Recover password" from the pop-up:
