If you attempt to use your brand new Chainway C6000 scanner and when you go to scan a barcode it only beeps or activates the camera instead of using the laser scanner, you may have a setting misconfigured on your scanner.
Another symptom is when trying to scan a barcode the device makes a beep confirming that it has scanned the barcode but nothing is typed into the Finale App in the selected box for Product Id, or Order Id, or barcode, or Sublocation.
To fix this issue:
1) Open the app called keyboard emulator
2) Click the tab at the top called "App Settings"
3) The second section on the Screen is called "Process Mode", change this mode to "Keyboard Input" by checking it on.
If the above does not completely solve the problem:
1) Open the app called keyboard emulator
2) Where it says Enable Scanner, toggle that Off
3) Check On "Barcode 2D", and to the right of this, find the empty data field, put your cursor there, pull the trigger.
4) Where it says Enable Scanner, toggle that On
