How do I fix my "Pausing....Nearing API Limit" Etsy Integration Error?

If you are seeing this error message it means Etsy's API is limiting requests or calls from Finale. So why is that? Most software imposes a rate limit in order to be fair to customers using their platform. This also ensures stabilization of their system. A rate limit is the maximum number of calls you can allow in a particular time interval. When you see the pause notice, it means the pull or push rate of data has been slowed down as we are limited by the rate of Etsy's API. 

In almost every case, the data will resume and no further actions is needed. If you notice however, you are constantly experiencing Etsy rate limit restrictions, your application may need more API calls than your current Etsy plan allows.
