When pushing stock levels to an integration a very common warning is "no product for product lookup". This warning means that we are attempting to update a products stock level on your selling channel but are unsuccessful in finding the product to update. There are many common reasons of why we get this warning and they are below;
- The product does not have a SKU on the selling channel
- The product has a "leading" or "trailing" space
- The SKU has been changed on the selling channel but has been addressed in Finale
- The product ID has a store association that is incorrectly mapped
The below video walks you through addressing common reason "4". If the product has an incorrectly mapped "store association" we can easily remove this association using our "export log".
